A few sheets of crumpled Jumbo sized kitchen roll will increase the level of absorption. Pull down the front for a quick pee. **Q: Can these pants be used in conjunction with level 3 Tena pads please?** A: the pants don't need additional pads they are designed to be worn on their own. However if you need level 3 they may not be sufficient to ware alone and you should be able to put a pad inside but there would be more cost effective ways **Q: Do these come in a larger size** A: In my experience the medium size will fit tightly around normal XL. I would try the largest size possible. **Q: Am I right to think you need to have a number of these, so you can put on a fresh one each day between two dark-wash days?** A: Definitely - must admit I bought 4 pairs when there was an offer and wished I’d gone the whole hog and bought 7 pairs. BTW comfortable and you can’t tell they are any different to normal boxers. ## Frequently Bought Together - TENA Men - Washable Protective Pants - Soft, Comfy and Secure Boxers for Drips and Dribbles - Invisible Protection, Classic Cut - Light Absorption - Pack of 1 - Black - Size XL - TENA 750776 Men Level 2 Incontinence Pad, Pack of 20 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pl/products/469854322-tena-men-washable-protective-pants-soft-comfy-and-secure-boxers](https://www.desertcart.pl/products/469854322-tena-men-washable-protective-pants-soft-comfy-and-secure-boxers) --- *Product available on Desertcart Poland* *Store origin: PL* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
