For me, I'm good with the on screen keyboard. This review will be based on what she has mentioned to me. She does like the case. The keyboard she also likes and appreciates that it is easily detachable as it is held with 4 magnets. They hold well, when you want them to. Overall, she is happy with the purchase. If she could change anything it would be to put a loop to hold a stylus. Also, when she chooses to keep the keyboard attached to the case, its the actual keys that support the tablet from collapsing. I had no problems connecting to the Bluetooth to my tablet. Product arrived with scotch tap holding several keys in place. When we removed the tape, three of the keys fell out of the keyboard. They would snap back in place but as soon as you try to use the key it would pop right back out. Second issue was the tablet doesn't have a good spot to rest that locks into place so when you touch the screen it will push back and flop over.
