The Steam Deck is an absolute beast for a handheld gaming device. Can play most of my Steam library wherever I go. Offline. The Steam Deck is pretty big with a decent sized screen. I took a couple of pictures to give anyone who's interested in the Steam Deck an idea of it's size. The system does get really hot. So it's best to take breaks and not play for extended periods. The battery life is horrible. Playing a game like "Grounded," drains the battery in about an hour. And thats running the game with almost the best settings. The only thing I really don't like about the Steam Deck, and it's the same reason I didn't like the Nintendo Switch, is how close the anolog stick is to the A, X, Y and B buttons. And the same with the D-Pad. I'm constantly catching the side of the analog whenever I move my thumb to press one of those buttons. Quite annoying.
