Paul gets right the point. He talks to you like a sports coach. You want to know what you should be focusing on as a growing advisor (or firm)? Paul outlines realistic steps for you.How is this different from other coaching books for advisors? It's succinct and realistic. Just like Paul. "No Distractions" is what he preaches and it comes through in the book. he outlines what you should NOT focus on too. In the best spirit of the e-myth and the idea of working "on" your business vs "in" your business, The Distraction Proof Advisor will keep you focused on your goals.Disclosure - I've met Paul personally and the book is Paul - which I think is a great sign of consistency. In person and in this book, you get his good stuff. So if you haven't met Paul or can't ring him up on the phone, this book is as good as a 2 hour coffee meeting with him. Get the book.
