Single Propane Cylinder. If is the same type connector, I would say yes. It should be 16.4 oz., I bought BernzOmatic cylinder at Home Depot for $3.50ea. **Q: What do you want to know about this product?the head sparks and gas flows but it won't lite** A: I had this problem. I sent it back to BernzMatic. They showed me how the heat was forced back down the feed pipe and had cooked the insulation off the wire. If you use it without causing back pressure it will last a long time. If you take the brass end off the feed pipe you can see the end of the wire. You will see that there is no spark. BernzoMatic replaced it for free even though it was out of warranty. The directions state that the torch needs to be taken off the bottle when not in use. They said this is another common problem that causes the torch to not light even with another ignition source. There are no replacement parts nor safe way to fix it. **Q: What is the outer diameter of the nozzle?** A: I believe it is exactly 1/2 " outside diameter on the nozzle **Q: Can I buy a replacement torch tip for this torch?** A: I don't know -- I've always had a different failure. I've had 3 of these torches and I use them to light grills, outdoor heaters, and any other event where I need open flame. They last 2-3 years -- I think that's a reasonable life as I use them a lot. Occasional plumbing repairs are one thing, but if you are facing a major project like replacing all of the copper pipe in an older home, this torch will save a tremendous amount of time. It takes a bit of getting used to. Safety was my main concern due to the increased ambient heat generated at the work spot. Not being a professional - and not having the luxury of a fire station next door - I always place flexible, quilted-metal insulation around the work area. In older basements where all of the copper is suspended overhead next to the floor joists - and next to old batted insulation that will flame like pine-resin kindling, this allows me a little more security. Workable fire extinguishers are a must. I'm not sure about the need for this quality torch to light fireworks like one reviewer reported, but if you use a torch for miscellaneous household projects I highly recommend this one.
