They are nice and long which allowed us greater flexibility on how to hang the swing. The straps look really, really well built, and the carabiners seem very solid. We have no doubt that these are secure. One of the issues with straps of this nature is that it's hard to customize the exact height to hang something because you are dependent on the thickness of the post/branch that you're hanging this on (e.g. if the circumference of the branch is 1 ft, then effectively, you can only adjust this in 1ft increments) give or take. However, like I said, that's an issue with all straps and ropes generally. There are ways that they could design around this, but it would likely increase the cost of the straps.
