The controllers rest comfortably into the cradles with ease. No clunky hit or miss attachment needing great effort. Just place the controller in the reserved location and you are in business. The controllers have to be just so in order to get the light to go on indicating that it's charging but it's not much of a hassle. The biggest issue I have with this is definitely the battery life. If you're spending any time over 3-4 hours playing at a time you're going to need a controller swap so plan on having two controllers with one constantly charging a battery pack.
