Review: ZETOV Baking Improver, It Works! - I am a home cook for decades. And I have never used a Baking Improver for any baking until today. I did not know what was missing until I purchased this product. Zetov Baking Improver was purchased to see if I could get a better taste and texture in my dough and baking. I wanted to see if it was possible to get that "donut shop taste that I was craving!" The taste of the finished (donuts) product is fantastic! I think I found the donut shop's secret! Though the product may or is perhaps for professional users, that might explain the lack of instructions. No problem; let's calculate and do some quick math... smiling. So, I calculated that to my three cups of flour to use 1/2 teaspoon of the ZETOV Baking Improver, [there are three, 0.35OZ. (10G] Packs in the small Package], so the ease of use was based on my own calculations, and it worked because I could taste a wonderful difference! (this was my second batch of donuts in two weeks). last week's donuts were stomached, and the remaining were shared with the chickens. This second batch; The taste was Very, Very good! I even decreased the sugar this round! The texture of the outer donut had a very nice crispiness, plus the inside of the donut was soft and yummy plus spongy. I think I am using a product that is indeed a good value for my money since I bake often. The Quality is fantastic! It does contain gluten, but I purchased the product because it Contains Gluten. Since the product contains only three packets, and this is my first time using the product, as I mentioned earlier, for the three cups of Gold Medal flour; I used 1/2 teaspoon of the ZETOV Baking Improver! It past my expectations! So, I recommend that you try Zetov Baking Improver. Ms. L.
Review: Works Well - Bread using AP flour is chewier and gets a good rise. Never does say how much to use so I add 1 tsp per cup, works fine.
