I figured I’d give it another try—surely their product would have improved after 10 years—but this time it stopped holding a charge in less than 2 months. It was outside the Amazon return window and the seller would not give me a replacement. Thankfully I reached back out to Amazon and they made an exception and allowed me to return it for a refund.
