**Q: Is this white or grey? It looks white in the product photos, but grey in the review photos.**
A: It is grey

**Q: How many inches between the holes? I already have hooks in place and want to see if I can hang this using the existing hooks.**
A: Mine is 7 1/8" from left hole to center hole (center of hole to center of hole) and 7 3/8" from center hole to right hole. (strange, I know, but I measured twice). But I love the hooks that came with it (flexible a little and quiet, not 'clangy' like others I have heard). I am very pleased with mine.

**Q: Are there bigger hooks for this thing? The hooks it came with are too small for my door.**
A: You could probably buy some at a hardware store, I screwed my directly into a wall.

**Q: is this really 20" wide?  I ordered one that said "19" and it was actually about 1/2" narrower.  I need the full 20".**
A: It’s 19 & 1/2 wide.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SHOES OFF THE FLOOR OF THE CLOSET!

I moved from a home that had extra large closets (the width of one wall in each bedroom) to an older home that has much smaller closets. The rod arrangement I had in my former home kept the shoes in the closet and off the floor and held 20 pair of shoes. Here there was no room for that arrangement if I wanted all of my hanging clothes in one closet. I was wary of this Pocket Organizer because I had one PREVIOUSLY that prevented the closet door from closing completely. NOT SO THIS ONE! The closet door closes all the way, the shoes are FINALLY off the floor of my much smaller closet and not scattered from room to room like this morning (slippers in the bathroom, flip flops in the garden room, tennis shoes in the bedroom, etc) I like that my shoes and my clothes are now housed ALL IN THE SAME PLACE in the same closet with no impingement on closing the closet door completely. WIN, WIN FOR ME! Also, sturdy canvas and soft 'hooks over the top of the door so as to not mar my freshly painted door trim! Very pleased with this purchase!
