There was an existing plug with two holes that this plug replaced. I did find something irritating but then if it was not like this - it would nod do as good of a job as it does. That is - it is difficult to drill a hole in as the rubber does its job of being flexible and will likely need a little trimming. Kind of like drilling a hole in Heavy and thick Jello. The other side of this plug has partially drilled out & spaced guide holes for adding additional power cord holes. I drilled out two additional holes for a total of 3 size 16/2 electrical wires and then razor knifed lines between the holes so I could install the wires from the installed slit in the side to the hole shown on the picture. Too bas Jackal does not show you picture of other side as it is VERY INFORMATIVE, I had very little problem of installing the three wires in each of their holes but getting the plug into the Jackal sized hole takes a little work. But then if it did not take this little work, it would not seal as well as it does and tight enough that sealant is likely not needed. By the way it can be removes rather easily but again takes a little work.
