It was set up as a plug and play. The windows 10 update 1903 already in the computer. The solid state hard drive is fast. Buying a used computer is like buying a used car. The IBM think center is the Toyota of computers, great quality control. I just had a very bad experience , I ordered a Hp 8300 from Walmart, what I got in the box was an HP5800, big difference and the key did not work , the support a 900 hundred number. I sent it back . OK MORE about the think center computer the hard drive is only 120 , I do not trust any computer , no matter what kind of protection you have . I have 2 external hard drives to back up my files and refresh my computer every 6 months to keep it fast. By todays standards a 120 is a small hard drive but it will do the job. Look at your present computer and see how much space you really use . The computer came in a box that was well packaged like a new computer, with the company logo on the side. The keyboard and mouse were used , very clean , but brand names. I must say SunsetMICRO REALLY DID A GREAT JOB ON THIS COMPUTER. For $135.00 bucks its the cheapest computer I have ever bought. I got this computer to see if the solid state hard drive really does what people say, and it does. So like the man who jumped off the EMPIE STATE BUILDING was herd to say as he past the 32 floor, so far so good. OLD BOB 76 ### ⭐⭐⭐ Quality control is lacking heavily *by R***E on January 12, 2018* I ordered several of these and they all were in varying condition. A couple were nice and a couple were dirtier than they should have been. One had lint and hair all in the fan. Another had a stick of RAM that had fallen out during shipping I assume.
