I literally have to grab and go, and in a hurry because within a second or two the heat penetrates.. it all depends on the weight of the item as well. Something light, no problem - cookies, cupcakes and so on. Something heavy, get it out fast - turkey, roast and so on.. I like these gloves, but I can’t rate high on liking them.
