Do you have to press both things at simultaneously?** A: I received 4 lighters and only one of them lights up if you strike it 20 times. Others are dead. Holding both buttons with TWO hands doesn't help either. People with arthritis won't be able to use these lighters because because buttons are too hard to press. Dumb design.
