It doesn't taste overly salty or sugary, and the orange flavor is similar to that of orange Gatorade or an orange popsicle. However, there is quite a medicinal aftertaste that was very off-putting to me. In a pinch, I would certainly use this product. But since I have POTS, I need to drink several liters of fluid a day, and drinking that much of this product would probably be very disagreeable to my taste buds and stomach. However, I have a very sensitive sense of taste, so this may work great for other people! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We got a free sample of speedlyte from a survey we did and first night we used it his hydration status was SO much better!
