We had our contractor installed during kitchen renovation. We have tile kitchen; hence, works great for crumps, dirt. I decided to get Big Kick, haven’t used the extension nor pet grooming tool (I have two small dogs, a Maltese and mixed poodle w cavalier king spaniel so they don’t shed much. However, they bring dry grass in from the yard… useful to be able to vacuum it all). Two things to consider: it says 220v (it’s an EU product) but it’s 120v for US residents (on the box it says 120v). I was worried about this definitely. Second thing, our toe kick standard, or at least my toe kick is 4”. The height of this is 4 3/4” (pls double check me) but definitely bigger than 4”. The contractor had the cut to size it down. He said it’s plastic. I am just glad it fits.
