The quality is nothing short of extraordinary. The cable is a thick, braided design and the ends are cold metal. The cables even came with little plastic caps to protect the ends while they were in the box. The boxes they came in exuded quality as well. The cables also were in a nice soft bag inside the perfect little box. Inside the box was also paperwork about them and a notice about the flipping thing you may need to do with some devices. I put them to use immediately and bought 3 to create a swapping setup for two laptops and one dock. They worked perfectly. They seat themselves tightly; you can feel the precision of the fit when you plug them in.
