We had a slight glitch with the final closing positions of the doors requiring us to liaise with Joyce in customer services. Considering this was a remote service, you couldn't ask for a more helpful and prompt service, with quick reviews of photos and videos with the final adjustments to the positions and timings of various movements taking no more than 1/2 an hour now works to perfection and unbelievably quiet and smooth in operation.
