The bottles arrived well sealed with no leakage. The shampoo lathers nicely (not too much). Both the shampoo and conditioner have a pleasant light clean scent and rinse out easily. They work perfectly together. Be prepared for clumps of fur to rinse off around and into your drain. When blow-drying, the fur clumps will fly! If you have the brush that suctions the fur, that canister is going to have enough fur to make another pet. And the result will be astonishing. My puppy's fur was so clean, light, and soft.
