If in Scan and Cut, it takes the same size blade as my SDX-85S, yes... then it will work. These are really great blades. I bought 2 sets just in case they stop selling them for whatever reason. They are as sharp as the Brother blades and last just as long as the Brother blades. I may go back and get a third set to keep me stocked **Q: Are these compatible with a Brother scan n cut DX125?** A: Yes I was hesitant to order these but did & so far the blades are working for me on my Scan n Cut DX125. **Q: Are these a deep cut blade that cuts through items that are 3mm thick without breaking?** A: Yes. I use them also for heavier fabric. Very nice blades **Q: Is this a geniune brother's scan & cut auto blade cadxbld1?** A: Nope.
