The more I research, the more I realize that a great/high quality seed mix is important in the birds diet as well as many other foods. We also don't want them to get bored. I am really happy with this brand. Many of the other mixes for smaller birds have SO many sunflower seeds in them. Read the label on this one, I think you will be impressed. My two Conures are both pretty picky eaters so trying to give them a varied diet is not an easy task. They both like this brand.
