It's flexible and it cleans quickly. I do woodwork, so filtering, anti-fog and above all, protection from flying wood is a must. The BIG problem is that the shield is WAY TOO SMALL for an adult face. I don't have a freakishly large head or face, but I do wear glasses, which would just not fit with the shield. My chin sticks out if I don't want the shield to sit on my eyebrows and because of such a short design, the sides don't seal perfectly on my cheeks which defeats the whole purpose of a shield with an air filter. I wish I had noticed that all the models they used in the videos and advertisements were not average size for the American market.
