At first I liked them and they seemed to do okay but after a few weeks of use I have to say I'm disappointed with the overall quality. The description says they are noise cancelling. I have to say that they are not. Actually they amplify EVERY NOISE to the point that my husband thinks that I'm banging on something when I'm just opening a small plastic wrapper on food or other similar items. I literally can't make any background noise at all while using this headset because he complains that his ears hurt and it sounds to him like I'm banging on things. Also when I'm driving the bus (at night when it's dead-quiet), my friends say that my voice sounds scratchy. Looks like our 8-year-old will be using these with his I-pad instead of me using it for calls. The sound quality on my end is passable. It's difficult to turn the volume up without touching the phone, which defeats the purpose of hands-free. Part of the problem is that the buttons are much too small. I frequently find that my call volume or GPS is so quiet that I can't hear anything at all even though I didn't turn it down. This is happening because the size of the buttons (very tiny) makes them very difficult to locate, so it's easy to push the wrong button and not be able to find the right one.
