The app is extremely easy to use and the parametric equalizer is perhaps the best feature and the reason I purchased this amp. I use iOS and saving the settings is easy and practically automatic. The custom EQ is only adjustable through the app. I’m not sure why so many people have problems using it. It seems so simple to me. My only issue is when you reset the custom EQ to default (flat), it resets all 3 at once. It would be better if you could individually reset each one. **Q: Can this be charged while in use?** A: Sure can. This little amp is amazing! **Q: Will this product increase the frequency range of my headphones? currently 20-40,000 khz, will this get it down to 10khz and improve dynamics qualiy** A: Your headphones' current range is 20hz to 40,000 Hz or 20hz to 40 kHz. It is already past 10 kHz, and will not reduce it.
