This is sometimes called block out or opaque.** A: As long as the writing on the other label is not super bold or dark yes it will, or apply two stickers in that case. **Q: Do they leave a residue, and how hard are they to peel off?** A: Your question is not clear as you do not give the context. Are you asking if they leave a residue and are hard to pull off after being printed or after they have been applied to a another surface. They do not seem to leave a residue when pulled off of the backing paper after printing. And at that point they are easy to peel off.
