That’s the 24 pin connector, the 2 molex connectors, the 8 pin CPU connector and the SATA connector. Then you can power some GPU/riser sets off it as well. Use the other power supply to power the rest of the GPU/riser combinations. Also never power a riser with one power supply and the GPU plugged into that riser with another. The other person that said you would need a small board to connect the two power supplies together is correct. While it will recognize and run 13 GPUs, it will throw GPU errors after a few minutes, and sometimes it will take an hour or so to happen...however it will happen. This rings true whether you use Ubuntu Server 16.04.02 server, or Ethos. It happens with x13 Nvidia 1080 TI cards with no overclocking, and stock bios. it happens with x13 Sapphire RX 480 Nitro cards as well with no overclocking, and stock bios. highly recommend avoiding this board for the serious miner.
