The 2 sets of rings are extremely useful for an all direction neck workout. The lower rings are best for weight workout. I use the top rings with rubber bands. Tie a rubber band around a squat rack, or anything really, turn your back to it, attach the band to the top rings and you can do neck "curls" without using a bench! Same thing can be used for neck side workouts, just connect both ends of the band to one of the top rings. If you have no neck, you should see visible results after the first 3 - 5 workouts. It also helps improve the blood flow and prevents headaches (I used to have headaches from staring at the laptop monitor for prolonged periods of time while not holding my neck properly).
