After searching for an answer on here, I got it to work. Very easy to transform, a beginner can definitely get it. The arms and legs do pop out of place if your kid pulls on them too hard, but they pop back into place very easily. A lot of people complain about the pop off design, but frankly it’s a blessing in disguise. If your child is pulling on the limbs without the pop of, the toy would just break. After a while they learn not to pull on them because the toy comes apart, without you having to rebuy a toy or them breaking a different one. I did have an issue with Jett not staying in place, but I assumed it was defective so I got a replacement.
