It works better than the gel alone. It has already made a difference with my fine lines and wrinkles. It sinks into the skin quickly when you pat it into the areas of concern as directed. I have noticed that my skin looks smoother and more hydrated especially in the morning. Time will tell if it continues to help but, all marine collagen is very good for mature skin so I am hopeful.
