I kept feeling like I had a rock in my shoe, then discovered the callus. Over a 6 to 8 year period, I have tried many ways to pad around it. This solution turned out to work the best for me. I usually wear the same one for a couple of days and if I am on my feet a lot, I may stick another one over the original one, or use a round callus cushion in addition to the felt pad. The callus cushions by themselves sort of smash if I use only them. The larger felt type stick better on my feet.
