Featuring an adjustable waistband (20-45 inches), a soft 3000X neoprene pouch that fits any volleyball, and an extendable cord (4.1 to 8.2 feet) that returns the ball after every hit, it enables efficient solo training without chasing the ball. The kit includes setting straps, a drawstring bag, and access to 45 drill eCards plus 3 volleyball eBooks with demo videos, making skill-building accessible and engaging. Packaged in a gift-ready box with a quick setup video, it’s the perfect training companion for youth, teens, and adults aiming to improve serve, spike, set, and pass techniques. ## Description Every volleyball parent knows the routine: one serve, one sprint after the ball, repeat. VolleyPal ends the chasing. The neoprene pouch holds her ball, the waistband wraps around her waist in seconds, and the extendable cord (4.1 to 8.2 ft) brings every serve, spike, set and pass right back, up to 22 feet of full-power hitting with nothing to collect afterwards. That means real practice, alone, any day: driveway, backyard, gym or beach. She gets more touches in twenty minutes than in an hour of fetch-the-ball, and the setup video has her training in under a minute. Every VolleyPal arrives as a complete gift set in a color-coded box. Core covers serve training with the travel bag. Elite adds setting straps and the drawstring bag. MasterKit adds the spike trainer, a ball harness on emulsion cords for full-power spike practice with her own ball. MasterKit Cards tops the line with 45 printed training cards, a full season of drills in a deck. All sets include the digital pack: 3 volleyball eBooks, 45 drill eCards and demo videos. The volleyball itself is not included; the pouch fits any ball she already loves. Built with 3000X neoprene and reinforced seams, with no metal parts anywhere, only soft materials ever touch her hands. The waistband adjusts from 20 to 45 inches, so it fits young beginners, teens and adults. Whether it lands under a tree, comes wrapped for a birthday, or arrives before tryouts, VolleyPal turns wanting to get better into a daily habit. That is the gift inside the gift box. ## Features - Complete Volleyball Gift Set: Elite box includes serve trainer (ball pouch, adjustable waistband 20-45 in, extendable cord 4.1-8.2 ft), setting straps, drawstring bag and gift-ready box; volleyball not included - Solo Volleyball Trainer: Practice serve, spike, set and pass without chasing the ball; the cord returns it after every swing for more reps in less time; ideal for beginner to intermediate players - Fits Any Ball, Soft on Hands: 3000X Neoprene pouch fits every volleyball, plus soccer and basketballs; no metal parts, only soft materials touch you; adjustable for youth, teens and adults - Skill-Building Made Simple: 45 drill eCards with demo videos and 3 volleyball eBooks build toss accuracy, timing and ball control.
