I think most online Spanish shops charge around £10 so I’m guessing this is standard? I’ve cooked paella a few times and never has it turned out this well. It wasn’t wet and sticky and had a good flavour if cooked correctly. I like the packaging too, no plastic, so can be reused for something. Would definitely buy again for a special occasion. It is a short grain rice perfect for forming the "soffrito" at the bottom of the paella pan.
