The pieces that broke were plastic attachments to larger pieces. The crane is not a steady piece and falls over with the slightest touch. The container that holds all the pieces is very hard to open. The small layout piece is quite nice and helps when the child is playing indoors. The product was delivered as promised and the ordering process was easy.
