The tool is very sturdy and gets the job done really well.Took me under 5 minutes to put it together and so far it has passed every test, including turning the logs over 30" diameter with ease. Highly recommended. ### ⭐ Cheap metal - hook snapped after 4-5 uses *by G***R on March 27, 2022* Bought this a few years ago as I thought this would be an useful tool in the woods. Ended up not using it very much. Only turned 4-5 firewood logs with it during this time. It was a little more expensive than what I wanted to pay for it but I figured I was paying for extra quality. Apparently not. Today, the hook snapped in the middle while rolling a 4-ft long ~16-inch log. I was using very little force as the ground was level and I just wanted to roll it over to make the last cut. The metal at the break looked very grainy. Almost like air bubbles or sand mixed in. You can see in the picture that it hadn't been used very much. I don't recommend buying this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reasonably well built and functional. Recommended. *by N***E on December 22, 2019* Pretty sturdy design, with the added supporting members, which I haven't seen on other models. Works reasonably well though the shaft tends to flex for larger logs. That is at least a reasonable indication of when you might be overloading it (without it breaking outright). So, I think generally a sound design and functional.If I were to change something it would be the number of teeth along the top arm -- there are two, and I think it would be nice to have a third to allow this to be more useful for smaller logs.
