The proof is whether the gooseberry really helps lower cholesterol and or blood sugar. That's why I am trying.. Should get the lab results soon. I would not buy amla powders because who knows what they really could be? I try to follow Dr. Greger, HNTD and eat whole plant based food so even if it has some sugar it's better than powders. Ty Ps. It's 3grams of sugar per serving but I hardly eat a whole serving.
