May I ask where it is made? thank you** A: i do not know where it is made. However trying to buy the 3/8 and 1/4 sanding drums does not happen at the lowes or sears or other stores. I set up each size so they would be ready when I need to change what AI am sanding. the drums do last awhile. **Q: Works with dremel 4300?** A: I don't know Dremel 4300, but if it will chuck a 1/8" shank, it will work in any of these rotary tools. **Q: Will this work for removing rust from metal car parts in otherwise hard to reach nooks & crannies?** A: Depends on your measurements for those words. These are small but not tiny. Some nooks and crannies will still be unreachable, but it's better than doing it all by hand. **Q: Will this fit a wen 2305 rotery tool?
