A pen, Whatever you need to transport items from one place to another. I've been using it for months and it shows no sign of wear. i gave one to a friend's daughter who is using a walker following knee surgery. She hangs it from the front of her walker to transport items. You could also easily hang it from the handles on a wheelchair. (which I have done also)..I'm sure there are other uses that you could think of.
