For use on electrical, security, alarm and datacom panels. Step by step instructions: 1. After removing the panel cover place the panel buddy on the edge of the panel in front of knockout to be removed. 2. Next insert the modified screwdriver through the hole and between the drywall under the knockout. 3. Push to loosen the knockout. 4. Using the screwdriver, remove panel knockout. DO not use kit near live circuits. Intended for use by licensed professionals. Review: It Works! - I am an electrician and was a little skeptical about this product. However I have now used it in the field and it works like a charm. Its a very clever device. Its also sturdy and well made. Review: I'd highly recommend this tool - I had to pop a knockout out in a panel in a tight spot, where I would otherwise cut a low voltage plate in, and and hammer the knockout out. I had a case, where I did not have clearance to do so. I used this on a Hubbell Network Enclosure panel in drywall, which barely had a gap around it. I had to jab a bigger gap, but the panel surround/door covered it right up. The tool worked without a hitch, and was almost easier than hammering the knockout out.
