A: maybe the manufacturer or look model # up on amazon or a hardware store

**Q: will it strip christmas light wire**
A: I don't think it will strip that small of a wire

**Q: will it strip phone wire**
A: no, the smallest ive been able to strip is 14 awg., its great on all wire bigger then 14 guage til u get up to about 400 mcm then its worth just stripping by hand

**Q: Will it strip 500 MCM wire?**
A: It will the only thing is its a pain, I find it easier to use a Lenox gold blade and a knife the manual stripper will probably take longer
