The drill bit cuts well and lasts a long time.One thing to be cautious of, if the anchor is getting too tight to drive you may need to clean the hole again. I sometimes go in and out to help with cutting the threads in the concrete. Make sure the hole is deeper than the screw this will leave some room for material that the screw loosens.
