Please be careful before buying this item! I bought to make for a gift exchange but it is missing the cream colored embroidery thread and a book cover! The casing for the thread was included but it is empty. It looks like the item would be worth the money if it were not missing items but I am now in a pinch because it is too close to Christmas to order again. I would not recommend purchasing items from this company.

A good friend of mine is an aspiring author, and I just happened to stumble upon this craft kit that I thought would be perfect for her.  I can't speak to the quality as I haven't actually opened the box, but I am sure she will like this Christmas gift quite a bit!  The awesome Amazon finds just keep on coming!
