In my early 20s, my skin changed. I started to break out and tried everything to control it. I used to use Clinique, which people say is the best for sensitive skin. I may never be completely rid of the scars on my cheeks it left me with. For as long as I can remember I’ve used CoverGirl concealer. I really never had any complaints about this concealer (I use it to cover blemishes and scars, not so much for dark circles). Now that I’ve used this Smashbox concealer, I can’t believe what I was missing! This is a FULL COVERAGE concealer and a little goes a LONG WAY. I use many Smashbox items now. They don’t have irritating or acne causing ingredients and they are really worth the money, if you can just push yourself to spend it! This particular item is at a great price – the best I’ve seen – but I would pay full price for this product, it is so awesome. The applicator that comes with it is small and easy to use. It’s soft and bendable. The only complaint I have about this product is the bottle it comes in. I keep my makeup bottles very clean and inside this bottle (as with most makeup bottles) there is a smaller piece that ensures you don’t get a huge amount of makeup on the applicator when you pull it out (similar to a mascara wand/bottle). There is an issue with the design of this particular bottle because makeup gets all over the bottle when you put the wand back in and screw the top back on. I think it just lets too much makeup out on the applicator. It’s kind of a waste and really messy. That flaw will not deter me from buying more (if I ever run out because you don’t need much to have full coverage!), but it would be nice if they fixed it  In summary, the color is perfect for my very fair skin, I never have to reapply during the day unless I work out and I really think it helps heal blemishes faster! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Like with reservations *by L***H on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 27, 2016* Item arrived quickly. I have never used the product so unsure of what is typical but it seemed as if the makeup was old or previously opened because of the product covering the outside of the opening which is aways clean with new makeup. The container just seems messier all around more than brand new makeup should but being a first Time user i do not know for certain. The product itself is good but does not cover marks as completely as advertised. It does stay in place well but red blemished spots still show through. Even the marks that areFading still show slightly which is disappointing. I will purchase again and hope for a seemingly fresher product.
