Review: THESE are the baking sheets I use most in my kitchen. - Totally loving these quality pans. They are VERY sturdy, wash up in the dishwasher or by hand and keep their nonstick properties(the coating has remained unaffected by their many trips through the dishwasher), are a cool color that works well for many uses(not so dark as to burn things, but dark enough to help with browning), and the price was nice! Since there are two, you can swap them out for the next batch of cookies or use them side by side at the same time, but the small baking capacity is such that they will not make a large batch of cookies at a time. The smaller size is excellent for my most common use - there are two of us in my home and I use these for fries, a few pieces of fish or chicken, two patties of frozen chicken fried steak or pork tenderloins, what have you. They are a perfect size for most of my uses and they take up little space. THESE are the baking sheets I needed in my kitchen. I gladly recommend them for yours. Update February 2026, after a year of regular use: I can’t say enough good things about these pans. I’ve used them heavily over the past year and run them through the dishwasher almost every time, and they’ve held up incredibly well. The nonstick surface is still performing almost like new — food still slides around easily and nothing sticks. There are no scratches at all, which honestly is very rare these days. These are still the unicorn pans in my kitchen, and I’d absolutely buy them again. If I could, I'd give them a 10 - and I reach for them more than I ever expected, considering they are rather small.
