It is a wonderful lake board with great tracking and stability. You can pack a picnic and tour around while embracing natures immaculate perfection. It is wonderful exercise and great for conditioning. I have seen families out on this board with just kids and the combo of parent and child. It can handle just about anything you throw at it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for SUP Yoga and traveling *by E***T on October 30, 2017* I have been a fan of Hala boards for years. My wife has used the atcha, the hoss and the straight up for yoga boards in the past when she teaches and when she suggest boards for her students to use. But this board is far superior. Super grippy, sturdy, and still great as an all around board. We both highly recommend for anyone wanting to travel with a versatile board.
