The only way these stay on me after I am done running is if I had put on SkinTac beforehand. And if I had allowed an entire day to pass before I got it wet so it could dry well enough. Which doesn’t make this over patch any stickier or more adhesive than any of the other over patches on the market. I used all 10 patches that came with my first order, and 4 of them came off the very next day of attaching them. They did serve their purpose and keep my pod on my arm secure but they almost immediately started peeling at the corners.
