I feel like they are being deceptive saying this is for bench.** A: Yeah good question. We got this and have been using it for a few months. While it is not ideal for bench you can technically use it for bench and we have. The spotter arms however don't go as high as you would want for the barbell to sit for bench. So you're starting point to lift the barbell is a little lower than it should be. So all that to say, I think it is a little misleading to say that it is ideal for bench. But you can make it work. **Q: Does this come with folding weight bench?** A: I think there is an option to buy it as a set, however the bench in the set didn’t have the leg extension option so I opted to buy the rack separately and bought a better Harison bench to go with it. Both are very sturdy and well built. Height and width djustments are easy and practical. Not hard to assemble. My 13 year old took care of that for me. **Q: Does it come with a bench?** A: Yes it comes with the bench. I was able to modify to allow for bench too with the face saver bars as the safety. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good rack, some drawbacks *by R***E on October 17, 2023* This product is good for the money. It is sturdy and feels like it is well made. It is easy to put together. However there are a couple issues with it to point out that are worth noting with the spotter arms. First of all, it is slightly misleading that this can be used for bench press. To use it for bench you need to raise the spotter arms to the highest point. However, they just don't go up quite high enough. And so your starting point to lift the barbell is too low. If you are doing lighter weight I guess it's okay but with heavier weight it's not ideal. Secondly, the spotter arm for squats should go a little bit lower. If you are actually trying to use the spotter arms for safety purposes, they don't allow you to go low enough. So the spotter arms just need more range of motion.
