The bread was baked evenly and it tasted so good. I have tried only 3 recipes, pan covered and not covered and my bread comes out nice every time. I have continued baking at least once a week in the last month since I purchased it. It actually impressed my wife. The pictures show my 1200g loaves, one with lid on and the other without the lid. I recommend it.

For a beginner, this bread baking pan surprised me with its quality and functionality. Being non-stick, it is easy to clean with soap and a soft sponge. The bread was baked evenly and it tasted so good. I have tried only 3 recipes, pan covered and not covered and my bread comes out nice every time.
