They arrived on the date promised. I gave them a four star rating because I have some question about durability. This is the second time I ordered this item. The the last tip from the first order first order has been placed on a pole. It seemed that they wore down quickly, but I did not keep a record of how long it took before I had to replace them. I'm going to keep better track of that this time. As for value, I bought a package of 6, which made their cost a little over $1 per unit. That seem fair. I could have gotten a better unit cost had I ordered a greater quantity.
