It says double mint and they mean it. For me it is the right amount of power in the taste, but if you brush for a couple of minutes it will start to burn a little bit, which I am ok with, some may not like it. I like that the tube has a regular sized hole for dispensing the toothpaste, I hate when they are the smaller pinhole type.I have sensitive teeth and this toothpaste was very gentle on them, and it left them feeling clean and smooth, no gritty residue left behind. I like the fact that it has a lot of natural ingredients in it like green tea. aloe, rosemary, and grapefruit. It says that it promotes healthy gums and reduces inflammation, I haven't noticed any change yet, so I'll see how that does over time.As far as the fresh breath part, I think it accomplishes that well, it smells minty fresh afterwards, and no one has complained. Will also help to sooth sore and inflamed gums, as well as clean out germs and bacteria causing any infections.I find that this toothpaste cleans quite well. Makes my teeth sparkle and gives them that wonderful slippery feel along the surface of the teeth. Will also brighten them with repeated use.The mint flavor is good, but I do think that it's on the weak side. Wish that it was stronger. It's not super weak, but just doesn't fully penetrate the mouth as much as I wish.
