I have used mine with a SRAM 12 speed cassette for the past 1.5 years. Works very well. **Q: Work for 2022 poligon sisuk T8?** A: I have a 2021 but I don’t think there are any differences. That said, yes, it did work for me. I also had a bent hanger, so I had to address that as well. **Q: Is it clutched?** A: The clutch is the worst part. It requires service about once a month. If you bought this already, and if you see your chain go slack on a ride, turn off the clutch, and it works as a non-clutch derailleur. Had to buy a second because I purchased a new cassette. Product came quickly, was perfect out of box and the install at a bike shop worked went great! The SLX riding provides excellent range of gears for riding on the front range of Colorado and the high mountains.
